With a B.S. in Human Nutrition and certification as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I bring a comprehensive understanding of fitness, nutrition, and overall health. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in personal training and gym settings, helping clients not only reach their weight goals but also break personal lifting records. As an Officer in the US Military, I bring a disciplined, structured approach to training, ensuring accountability, focus, and a strong work ethic.
